An example of a unsafe Scaffold. He is leaning over to do his work but he is very unbalanced and unsecured. He can easily fall off the Scaffold. He hasn't got any kick board so he could easily hit one of his tools off the scaffold and injure someone below..

This is a perfect example of how NOT to use a ladder as you can see it is unstable and could easily fall, which can cause a serious injury. He also is leaning over to fix the power line, which is very dangerous because the man is unbalance and has no harnest to hold him up.
